These terms and conditions apply to all provision of services to the consumer by forti8mineral.com.

Prices are as stipulated on the website and may be subject to change at any time. The total price of goods and services will be displayed at the checkout prior to confirmation of the order.

Goods will not be despatched until payment has been made in full, unless the client is a Trade Account Holder who has made a prior arrangement with forti8mineral.com.

forti8mineral.com will proceed with the order once payment is completed.

forti8mineral.com reserve the right to refuse any order placed.

We will deliver your product as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for delays occuring due to the courier company. Please check your delivery prior to signing for it, as we will not be liable for missing or damaged items unless it is brought to the attention of the courier at the time of delivery. Do not sign for the delivery until you are satisfied your order is in perfect condition.

Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

We cannot accept return of non-faulty or partially used goods.
